We're Hiring!

We’re looking for a Party Supervisor to take charge of our party operations, support the General Manager in the daily running of the centre, and lead a team of around 10 enthusiastic party hosts.

This is a full-time role (30-35 hours per week over 4 days). The exact working pattern will be agreed at interview stage, but please note that weekends and school holidays are our busiest times, so weekend availability is essential. What You’ll Be Doing

• Delivering a fun, stress-free, and memorable experience for every party.
• Handling customer communications across email, phone, face-to-face, and social media.
• Managing, motivating, and developing our Party Host team.
• Ensuring compliance with health & safety, fire safety, and food hygiene     (full training provided).
• Planning and executing engaging community events.
• Overseeing the customer journey to ensure every visit is outstanding.
